Filling	Lighting	Placement	Safety

Invert the burner, fill with chafing dish gas. Allow the burner to stand for a minimum of five minutes before lighting.

Lighting the burner. Turn the on/off dial anti-clockwise to the "on" position. You will hear gas flowing, introduce a flame or spark to the burner head. The burner is now lighting.

Placing the burner. Adjust flame to the required level and place the burner under the chafing dish.

Safety Device. If the burner overturns, is dropped or shaken vigorously, the safety device will activate and the burner will be automatically extinguished.
