Filling	Lighting	Placement	Safety

Invert the Chafo, fill with chafing dish gas. Allow the Chafo to stand for a minimum of five minutes before lighting.

Lighting the Chafo. Turn the on/off dial anti-clockwise to the "on" position. You will hear gas flowing, introduce a flame or spark to the Chafo head. The Chafo is now lighting.

Placing the Chafo. Adjust flame to the required level and place the Chafo under the chafing dish.

Safety Device. If the Chafo overturns, is dropped or shaken vigorously, the safety device will activate and the Chafo will be automatically extinguished.
